This is one of my earlier prototype creations, from when I was still making and testing patterns. I machine-pieced together a variety of repurposed clothing, upholstery swatches, quilting cottons, etc. A key feature is a yellow bird upholstery fabric on the front panel, which I detailed with hand embroidery. There are also 2 fun "rogue" pockets that I rescued from pairs of shorts.

This coat has silky polyester sleeve linings (to reduce movement friction), no batting, and no pockets. There is no coordinated interior cuff.

* Cotton muslin lining; no batting
